47-year-old Terry Watkins from The UK, has created the world’s smallest car ~ 39 inches tall, 26 inches wide and 51 inches long which is almost half the size of the current world record holder. The little car is powered by the engine found on lawn mower and has got the chassis from children’s toy car. Watkins has put on working headlights and tail lights, windshield wipers, signals and horn, and he got his license plate making it fully street legal.
